All hardware is made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report any damages or issues, you can contact us at contact@campbelldesigns.co.

Campbell Designs guarantees to the end user that its 1531 Hardware line will be free from original defects in material and workmanship. Campbell Designs will repair, or replace at its option free of charge, any part found to be defective under normal use or service for the life of the product. This warranty applies only to the interior use of products and does not extend to the use of such products in an exterior setting. Campbell Designs’ liability under this warranty is limited solely to replacement or repair of the defective parts. Campbell Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in conjunction with the use of its products. This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages occurring during or after installation or removal, damages from chemical use or improper cleaning agents, and damages from careless handling. Please note that some states do not allow limitations on incidental and consequential damages, so the above limitation may not fully apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

*Our obligation extends solely to the repair or replacement of the hardware and does not extend to the costs of removal or reinstallation. Outdoor use, personal damage and use of chemical cleaners will void warranty*
